What full IT management covers

At most SMEs, IT is fragmented. One supplier handles telephony, another the workplaces, and nobody really handles the backup. That works until it does not. We take on the whole picture, so there is one party keeping the overview and carrying responsibility.

• Proactive monitoring via Atera RMM. We watch servers, network equipment, disk space and backups. A full disk or a failing backup, we see before you do.
• Patch and update management. Windows, Microsoft 365 and applications stay current. This is the cheapest security measure there is, and the most neglected.
• A helpdesk for your people. Your staff report a problem, we pick it up.
• Security as part of the deal, not an extra. Endpoint protection, MFA and monitoring are included in management, not in a separate quotation.
• Documentation and overview. We record how your environment is built, so knowledge does not sit with one person.

A ticket system you can see into

We work with Atera as our RMM and ticket system: the same platform we use to manage, monitor and deploy remotely. Every report, change and action is recorded. You see what is open, who is working on it and what was done.

Fixed rate, no surprises

We charge a fixed hourly rate of €75 excluding VAT, with no stacked surcharges and no call-out fees. For companies that prefer full predictability we draw up a management contract with a fixed monthly fee.
