Digisens has been the IT company for SMEs in Twente since February 1994. From our office at Kryptonstraat on the De Plaagslagen business park in Rijssen we manage networks, servers, workplaces and cloud environments across the region.
Why a regional IT partner matters
Most of the work we do remotely: monitoring, updates, resolving outages and rolling out new workplaces all work fine without anyone visiting. But not everything. A failed switch, a server cabinet that has to be moved or a new network in a warehouse calls for someone on site. From Rijssen we reach most of Twente within half an hour.
Just as important: we know the businesses here. A construction company with project managers on site needs a different IT environment than a medical practice or a transport company. That difference comes from thirty years in this region, not from a standard package.

A lot can be done remotely, and we do. But our preference is to be at your premises. Then you see who turns up, we know your environment physically as well, and we spot things you cannot see remotely.

Thirty years in Twente
Digisens started in February 1994 and was successively called Van Voorden Computers, DS Automatisering and DS ICT. Since 2023 it has been Digisens. The address, the phone number and a good share of the clients have stayed the same throughout.
How we work
We charge a fixed hourly rate of €75 excluding VAT, with no call-out charges and no stacked surcharges. For companies that prefer to know in advance where they stand, we draw up a management contract with a fixed monthly fee. All reports and completed work are recorded in our ticket system, so you can see for yourself what is open and what was done.
