An expert on location records findings, takes photographs and often speaks to people involved. That material has to reach the case file without ending up in a private cloud account or a mailbox. We set up a route that works on a telephone or tablet, also where the connection is poor, and that puts everything in the right file straight away.

Files that must stay complete

A case file is evidence. Missing photographs or a report of which three versions exist cause real problems later. We arrange storage so that there is one authoritative version, that older versions remain retrievable and that nothing quietly disappears.

Confidentiality is the core

You handle damage, claims and personal circumstances. Access has to be arranged per file rather than per folder, and it must be visible afterwards who saw what. That is not extra work if it is set up properly from the start.

Exchange with insurers and clients

Reports go to parties with their own security requirements. We make sure the exchange meets those requirements without your people needing a manual for every client.
