Delivered ready to work
A new laptop straight out of the box costs half a day before anyone can work with it. We deliver devices that configure themselves the moment the employee signs in: through Intune and Autopilot the right applications, settings and security rules follow automatically. Even if the employee is at home.
What we supply
- Laptops and desktops in a limited number of standard configurations, keeping management and replacement simple.
- Monitors, docking, keyboards and headsets that match each other.
- Servers and network equipment, including installation and configuration.
- Equipment for workshops, warehouses and field staff, where dust, vibration and gloves set different requirements than an office desk.
Advice without a sales pitch
We earn our money from management, not from selling the most expensive hardware. If your current equipment can last another two years, we say so. And if a cheaper machine is enough for what someone does with it, that is what we recommend.
Our own repair department
We have our own repair department, so incidents are dealt with quickly instead of disappearing into a manufacturer’s returns process.
Planning replacement instead of waiting for failure
We track how old your equipment is and when warranties expire. Replacement then becomes a planned expense rather than a surprise at the moment something breaks.
Collection and secure wiping
We take old equipment back. Storage media are demonstrably wiped before anything is reused or disposed of. That is not only tidy; under the GDPR it is your responsibility.
