Server management

We manage Windows Server environments, from a single domain controller to full setups with terminal servers, RemoteApp servers and application servers for industry-specific software. Virtual or physical, on your own premises or in a data centre.

An example from practice: for a construction company in Rijssen with over thirty workplaces we manage a domain controller, a terminal server, a RemoteApp server and a separate server for the construction software with its network portals. Project managers and subcontractors work from the building site in exactly the same environment as the office.

Network, firewall and Wi-Fi

• Wired networking and switching with VLAN separation, so guests, cameras and office systems do not get in each other’s way.
• Firewalls with current firmware, considered rules and logging that is actually read.
• Business Wi-Fi that also works in a warehouse, with roaming between access points.
• VPN and remote access for home workers, field staff and external suppliers, with two-factor authentication.

Monitoring and maintenance

All equipment we manage is monitored. We see disk space, memory use, temperature, backup status and availability. When something deviates, we get the alert, not you. The vast majority of outages we resolve were never noticed by the client.

On site when needed

Much can be solved remotely. But a failed switch, a broken disk or a new server cabinet calls for someone on site. We are based in Rijssen and reach most of Twente within half an hour.
