Why that matters
Website, email and domain name are technically connected. Move a site without anyone checking the mail settings and your email goes down. In practice this goes wrong regularly when a web builder and an IT provider work past each other. With us it sits with the same people.
What we do
- Building websites that suit your business, with an admin area where you can edit texts yourself.
- Hosting on our own environment, including an SSL certificate and daily backups.
- Maintenance and updates of the system and plugins, so no known vulnerabilities are left open.
- Monitoring of availability and certificate validity, so we notice before your customers do.
- Domain names and email, including the DNS settings that decide whether your mail arrives.
- Taking over an existing site from another party, without starting over.
A website is not a one-off project
A site that has not been updated for two years is a risk. Outdated plugins are one of the most used routes into a server, and from there the rest of your environment is exposed. We therefore treat your website as part of your IT management, with the same patch management and monitoring.
Webshops
We also host and manage webshop platforms. One of our clients runs an international webshop on an environment we build, host and maintain ourselves, so there is no discussion about who is responsible when something needs attention.
