Practices and care providers form a modest but demanding part of our clients. What is different here is not the technology but the weight of the requirements: patient data must be available and, at the same time, must never end up in the wrong hands.

Patient records and availability

A practice cannot fall back on paper. If the record system is unreachable, consultations stop. We build these environments so that a failure of one component does not stop the work, and we watch them so that we usually see a problem before you do.

Privacy is not a document

Access rules, logging, secure e-mail and a genuine departure procedure matter more than a policy in a folder. We arrange that everyone sees what belongs to their role, that it is visible who consulted what, and that a leaver actually loses access on the day they leave.

Sending sensitive information

Ordinary e-mail is not suitable for medical data. We set up a route that is, and one that colleagues will actually use. A secure method nobody understands gets bypassed, which makes things worse rather than better.

Backup you can rely on

For care providers a backup is not a formality. We make copies that are stored separately from the environment itself, so that ransomware cannot reach them, and we test a restore rather than trusting a green tick.
